What types of conveyors does EKA Conveyors make?
We design and build belt, roller, modular belt, slat, spiral, assembly line, printing and truck loader conveyors, complete industrial conveyor systems and conveyor rollers. We also supply rubber, PVC, PU, chevron and corrugated sidewall conveyor belts, rubber lagging and rubber sheets.
Can you build a conveyor to my exact layout?
Yes. Every conveyor is made to order. Length, width, height, incline, curves and speed are set to suit your plant, product and throughput.
What information do you need to quote?
Tell us what you are moving (size, weight or bulk density), the throughput, the layout (length, height change, curves) and the working conditions. A sketch or a photo of the area helps a lot.
Which frame material should I choose?
Powder-coated mild steel suits most general and heavy-duty work. Stainless steel is preferred for food, pharma and wet areas, and aluminium profile for light, modular lines that may be changed later. We recommend one based on your application.
Do you supply conveyor belts separately?
Yes. We supply replacement and new belts in rubber, PVC and PU, including cleated, chevron and sidewall belts, cut to the width and length you need.
Do you supply outside Tamil Nadu?
Yes. We supply conveyors and belts to customers across India. Share your site location and we will include delivery in the quotation.
Do you help with installation and maintenance?
We provide installation support, spares, belt replacement and maintenance and repair services, so your conveyor keeps running at its best.
